I would delete the percentages of ROPE probability from the plots (see Effect Size plot in Fig.5 in your paper "Bayesian estimation.."JEP,2013

In the BESTplot() function, the arguments are

BESTplot( y1 , y2 , mcmcChain , ROPEm=NULL , ROPEsd=NULL ,
                    ROPEeff=NULL , showCurve=FALSE , pairsPlot=FALSE )

Thus, by default, BESTplot does not show any ROPEs. If you want a ROPE for the difference of means, you can specify, for example,
ROPEm=c(-1,1)

If you want the ends of the ROPE marked but not with any percentages, you'll have to comment out the relevant text() commands inside the plotPost() function, and then re-"source" the modified plotPost() function. See the section in the plotPost() function that begins with the comment,
# Display the ROPE
